The main responsibilities are to assist with warranty claims, control allocation of work and general day to day running of the workshop. You will be required to attend to customer telephone bookings, and deal with customers requests on their appointment day. The job will also require Job Card and Service Sheet preparation and customer invoicing. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to maximise and improve customer satisfaction to maintain and improve upon our Customer Viewpoint scores. A technical background would be an advantage. This is a full time position.
